![]() ![]() Having to go online to buy my tickets several hours beforehand isnt convenient walking up to the ticket counter and buying a ticket and finding a seat is much more convenient. The convenience fee charged to buy a ticket in advance is rediculous given the setup of the theater given that all seats sell out hours before the movie starts. This time there were several technical technical issues which happened throughout the entire movie which included sound cutting out, lights not dimming correctly, and the movie stopping during the climax halfway through the scene and then the scene starting over from the beginning. The first time there was constant talking and rowdy behavior which went unaddressed. Second time in a row that I have had an unsatisfactory experience. They keep their devices right at the concessions stand, and there is no need to stand around and wait for a condescending manager to set up the device. I ended up leaving because no device was available, and I there is absolutely no point in me watching a movie when I cannot understand what is being said.I have been going back and forth with Regal for over a week on this, and I still have not been refunded my money. You are better off seeing a movie at the Cherry Creek AMC. Two managers came to assist, and instead of rectifying the situation, they made it worse by offering me a descriptive audio device for people with sight disabilities. After spending $35 on two tickets, I arrived at the theater to a rude box office worker who yelled at me when I asked her to repeat herself. I even called the theater the day before to make sure they had the correct device, and the manager I spoke with assured me they had it. They are LEGALLY REQUIRED to offer this service, yet when I went to this theater for the opening of The Last Skywalker in December, they did not have the appropriate device charged and ready for use. This is not something theaters offer to be kind or helpful. The ADA requires all major movie theaters to have closed captioning devices for the deaf and hard of hearing. I absolutely would not recommend this theater to anyone with disabilities. ![]() Please consider twice before purchasing your tickets here. But just a lack of management leadership and finding out they were letting the people in the wrong stay to watch the movie rather than us staying makes us never want to go back to this theatre again. They did give us more movie tickets to compensate us. Management did not escort them out even after we told them we were fearful to stay and watch the movies. Finally they get up and move but not after cursing and my friends and I. This whole time, they are still sitting in our seats even after management finding out they are in the wrong seats. They asked if someone was sitting in there seats, which management had to look up because they couldn’t find there tickets anymore surprisingly. They finally asked them to get up and move. We went to get management, after waiting, 10 min into the movie and management seeing they actually are sitting in our seats. After showing them our tickets and seats they still refused to get up. We ordered from the bar and got into the theatre right when the movie was starting. We were running a little late, thank goodness for reserved seating, or so we thought. I wouldnt hold it against the theater if *I* left the theater, but since I was ejected due to fire alarm and I wasnt able to come back or call hours later to inquire about a refund shouldnt preclude some recompense.Ī group of 3 friends and I came to see a movie here at this location. Have multiple videos of our exit, I also had to help an elderly man with a walker to get down the escalators as they would not allow him to use the elevator and none of the staff offered to assist the wife in helping the man down the escalator in the mad rush of people going out. However, its been 2+ weeks with no passes. Bad on me, but I called 3-4 days later once we were back home, but was told by the manager no refund could be given, but that he would see if he could send out a couple passes (which is all we wanted as we only use Regal theaters). So we left and I planned to call later to inquire about a refund. We did not have time to wait around to ask for a refund after waiting around 10-15min outside in the cold. ![]() Got ran out of the theater due to a fire alarm about 30 min in to the movie on Dec 14th. ![]()
